What are your favorite celebrities snacking on?!

Imagine walking out of your home and having to worry about photographers sticking their cameras up in your face EVERYWHERE you go?! Honestly, we couldn't imagine. Kudos to the celebs who are able to put up with it every day of their lives.

Ok… but we won’t lie… we love pop culture sometimes and just spent 30 minutes scouring the internet to spot these 5 celebrities with their ALLERGEN-FRIENDLY goodies.

Everyone needs an on-the-go snack, especially when you’re on the run from a photoshoot to an interview, or maybe even a game for athletes. Snack brands are always trying to get in the hands of the right people, so having individual packs for daily eating is a good move. That being said, it can be hard to find snacks that are actually half decent for you when you have an allergy or intolerance, so we gotta look to our favorite ~brats~ for some help.

  1. Serena Williams:
    1. Ok, we know we said half decent, but we got a kick out of this one. The tennis queen has been known to have nut allergies for a while now, and finds herself resorting to her old faithful: MOON PIES. Graham crackers, marshmallow filling, chocolate dipped. YUM. Not sure if we can say healthy here, but a delicious and easy snack nonetheless. And peanut/tree nut/dairy free!
  2. Ashley Graham
    1. If you are dairy and/or gluten free, Sports Illustrated model Ashley Graham has you covered. Ashley’s gone to Instagram to preach her love for Dream Pops on several occasions. If you haven’t heard of dream pops, picture a frozen dessert (non-dairy ice cream) enrobed in yummy, crunchy chocolate. If you grew up eating dibs, you’ll know the vibes. Outside of coconut, Dream Pops are relatively allergy-free. If you are able, we would highly recommend trying them out.
  3. Shannon Bahrke
    1. An olympic medalist and world-reknowned skier to many, and a CHOMPIAN in the eyes of Chomps, a top-9 allergy free meat stick company that is currently taking over the world of retail food and beverage. Chomps offers high protein meat sticks that come in a variety of flavors and proteins. They’re pretty freakin’ delicious. Picture Slim Jims, but none of the gross ingredients. In 2021, Bahrke did an interview with Chomps for their blog and described how their snacks fuel her days while on the road and at her competitions.
  4. Gwenyth Paltrow
    1. If you are gluten-free, you may have looked to GOOP founder Gwenyth Paltrow for advice on inclusive food options before. Some say she donned the gluten-free movement. As a cookbook author and health guru, Gwenyth has a ton of suggestions for better for you and healthy snack food alternatives. Recently, she took to Instagram to endorse Perfect Bar. While most of their bars do have nuts, they’re great as a gluten-free option for those who try to stay away from wheat and gluten. Packed with protein and plant-based ingredients, they’re great to keep in the fridge and take on-the-go as well.
  5. Kim Kardashian
    1. Kim K did a Vogue interview last summer where she talked about her absolute essentials on-the-go. It was no shock to hear that she stays strapped with a Midday Squares functional chocolate bar. It’s a great alternative for your daily dose of sweetness and since they come in individual packs, they are perfect to take with you when you go out.

If you follow us on Instagram, you may have seen our post from the Super Bowl where we spotted Taylor Swift eating Absurd Snacks in her box with Ice Spice. If you didn’t know by now, we were just joking :( but we would love to get some munchies in her hands one day.

We just scraped the surface but we really want to know which celebrities are snacking ABSURDLY?! If you see someone you know eating Absurd Snacks, send us a picture so we can show the world in the next blog!
